Builder Travel Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before applying to the Builder Travel Program ("Program") offered by DeTrip Network ("DeTrip," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Applicant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Applicant Criteria: The Program is open to developers, hackers, designers, researchers, and builders in the Web3 space who are at least 18 years old and are legally eligible to travel internationally. For those that are under 18 years old, we will handle on a case by case basis.

1.2 Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate financial need that would otherwise prevent them from attending the specified event or publishing their research.

1.3 Compliance: Applicants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including immigration and visa requirements.

2. Application Process

2.1 Submission: All applications must be submitted through the official Builder Travel Program Application Form on our website by the specified deadline.

2.2 Accuracy of Information: Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

2.3 Required Materials: Applications must include a personal statement, resume, portfolio (if applicable), and proof of acceptance or invitation to the event (if applicable).

3. Selection Process

3.1 Review: All applications will undergo an initial screening for completeness and eligibility.

3.2 Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a virtual interview.

3.3 Selection Criteria: Recipients will be selected based on the potential impact of their work, passion for the Web3 space, and demonstrated financial need.

3.4 Decisions Final: All selection decisions made by DeTrip are final and not subject to appeal or review.

4. Financial Support

4.1 Coverage: The Program may cover costs related to travel, accommodation, and event registration fees, as determined by DeTrip.

4.2 Reimbursement: Expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with DeTrip's reimbursement policies, which will be provided to recipients upon selection.
